6 August (Thursday) – Arrival Day

  • Arrival, hotel check-in is possible from 3 PM
  • 10:00 – 19:30 Registration upon arrival at the hotel
  • 19:30 – Opening Dinner & Technical Meeting in the hotel restaurant

7 August (Friday) – Competition Day

  • 6:30 – 10:00 Breakfast
  • 8:45 – 13:00 Competition (lunch at the competition venue – lunch box is available from 11 AM, snack (bananas, muesli bars) is available during the competition time)
  • 17:00 – Guided walking tour of the Buda Castle District, tour starts at 17 PM from the hotel, tour duration is 2-2,5 hours (pre-registration is needed)

8 August (Saturday) – Competition Day

  • 6:30 – 10:00 Breakfast
  • 8:45 – 13:00 Competition (lunch at the competition venue, lunch box is available from 11 AM, snack (bananas, muesli bars) is available during the competition time)
  • 19:00 – Closing Dinner and team award ceremonies in the hotel restaurant

9 August (Sunday) – Departure Day

  • 6:30 – 10:00 Breakfast
  • Hotel check-out up to 10:00 and departure
